The legal basis for this processing is processing necessary for the purpose of the legitimate interests of our business in recruiting new staff. Transfers of data outside the European Union

We transfer email addresses to Ascend and or MailChimp located in the United States of America. The safeguard we have put in place for this transfer is to enter into European Commission approved standard contractual clauses with the provider.
